Open dental CAD: Implant Master, OrthoPlus and OrthoClic.

GuideMia dental implant software and orthodontic software, open to the scanners, implant systems and printers you already use. Subscribe monthly or annually, or pay per case.

GuideMia makes desktop dental CAD for two disciplines: dental implant software and orthodontic software. Both run on a Windows workstation you own, read the data your scanners already produce, and export files your own printer or mill can use.

Implant Master: dental implant software

Implant Master takes a guided implant case from CBCT to a printable surgical guide in one project file. It reads DICOM from any CBCT system and registers intra-oral, desktop and facial scans to it. AI segmentation separates bone, roots and soft tissue, and the nerve canal is traced on the volume. Implants, abutments and scan bodies come from an open library that covers the major systems and accepts additions, and the guide is designed for the surgical kit you use: tooth-borne, tissue-borne, bone-supported or bone-reduction. The finished guide exports as STL. The free GuideMia Implant Planner opens the same cases for planning, patient presentation and plan review.

OrthoPlus and OrthoClic: orthodontic and clear aligner software

OrthoPlus is the full orthodontic design system. It segments crowns from an intra-oral or model scan, adds roots and bone from a CBCT when one is available, proposes an automatic setup, and stages the movement with IPR and attachments under the designer's control. From the approved plan it generates an arch model per stage for thermoforming, or direct-print aligner geometry, with retainers from the final stage. It also places brackets and designs bonding guides. AlignerBot, the automation inside OrthoPlus, runs segmentation, setup, staging, attachments and model generation, and processes case folders in batches.

OrthoClic is the chairside planner: an automatic setup and simulation in minutes for the conversation with the patient, and a hand-off to a designer through Cympha.

Open to the equipment you already use

The software works with the CBCT, intra-oral scanner, implant brands, surgical kits and printers a practice or lab already has, so adopting it does not mean replacing equipment. Output is standard STL, and the implant library and surgical kits can be extended with your own systems.

Dental software priced for your volume

Subscribe monthly or annually for steady throughput, or pay per case when volume is uneven. The free Implant Planner and OrthoPlus Planner let clinicians open, review and discuss plans at no cost.
